I think the pineapple – prickly on the outside, soft and sweet on the inside – is a fruit that best describes me.

A wife to Matthew and a mom to two beautiful little girls, the Lord has been incredibly gracious to me. My life is so very far from perfect but I still think I am living the dream. Did I imagine there would be less mess? For sure. But I wouldn’t trade my family for the world. I only recently left my vocational ministry job of eight years to work for another ministry I love. Annnnddd then I felt a clear prompting from the Lord to leave that job, after only four months, to be “just mom” – it’s as simple and as complicated as that.

I love people, I don’t think we deserve dogs and my favorite past time is frequenting the local coffee shop. Maybe some day we can meet up there! If I could pick a Christian culture song that most represented my heart it would be Loving My Jesus by Casting Crowns. Look it up. I love the NC State Wolfpack and every Sunday, I have to take a nap.

This Space

My heart is to grow a space for women to better understand what it means know God, walk well with Him and feel equipped and empowered to pass that on to others! This is far from limited to my own content. I’m excited to connect with this community and passionate about connecting them to many others who have wisdom and gifts that are far beyond my own.

Mission

To share thoughts and provide resources to women that will foster a higher view of God and invite them to take their next faith step to honor Him more fully.

Vision

To see women genuinely know God, faithfully walk with God and purposefully instruct others in His ways.
